Great experience for almost everything. Kind, polite and respectful people that truly feel like they want to help. There was a small issue with my extended maintenance plan at first but that was worked out quickly. Before I could even finish contacting GM for information they told me they had already worked out the issue and got the information they needed. Jessie B was great at explaining any next steps I would need to do and offering products and services. I would have given this 5 starts had it not been for the small hiccup with my maintenance plan. Thank you all so much, I look forward to doing more business with you all in the future.

Glenn and Josh we extremely helpful and so accommodating and helpful. Please tell them they did a great job. We were stranded win my GMC broke down and Glenn got me a loaner car Josh got the repair done in record speed and got us back on the road for Colorado. Thank You

friendly and very professional

The service department estimated repairs would take 2 hours and it took exactly 2 hours to replace the transfer case output shaft seal. My only criticism is that the service department use floor mat liners to keep customers floor mats clean. Thanks Crump's Service Department.

We have been going to crumps for several years and have made several purchases there.
